At BLIND SHOP Jaipur, we are committed to delivering your purchases in excellent condition and in the shortest time possible. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully.
Shipping Charges & Timelines

Shipping Charges: As part of our launch offer, we currently offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually delivered within 7–8 business days from the date of purchase.
Order Cancellation & Refunds

Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, or if your order is undelivered or lost in transit, we will refund the full amount, including any shipping fees (if applicable).

Return Shipping: In case of a return, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For accounts flagged under our Fair Usage Policy, a Rs. 149 delivery charge will be applied on all future orders, regardless of order value.
Order value is calculated after applying all discounts, taxes, and charges.
Fair Usage Policy
We work hard to give every customer a smooth shopping experience. However, if we notice an unusually high rate of returns or refusal to accept deliveries from an account, we may:

Charge Rs. 149 shipping on all future orders.

Disable Cash on Delivery (COD) for such accounts.
This is to ensure fair access to our products for all customers.
Order Tracking
To track your order:

Log in to your BLIND SHOP Jaipur account.

Go to the "Order History" section.

Click on “View Order”, then select “Track Order” to get real-time updates.
Shipping Partners
All orders are dispatched using trusted logistics partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Missing, Partial, or Tampered Deliveries
If you receive a:

Partial order

Empty package
-
Tampered box
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Delayed claims may not be accepted.
While we investigate your case, kindly:

Avoid using the product in question.

Provide a short description of the issue.

Share photos of the package/box from all sides, especially where tampering is visible.

Keep the original packaging for at least 3–4 days, as we may arrange for pickup.
Refunds (for both prepaid and COD orders) will be issued post verification.
Refunds May Not Be Issued If:

Required information/photos are not provided.

Packaging is disposed of too early.
-
The item has been used before the claim was raised.

The claim is made after 48 hours of delivery.
