Return Policy – BLIND SHOP Jaipur

At BLIND SHOP Jaipur, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 7-day return policy gives you the flexibility to return or exchange eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Products should not be damaged or show signs of use.

  • Final sale items and GoCo Gear products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and low value concerns.

Pick-up & Reverse Logistics:

  • We offer a pick-up facility in most locations. You will see the option while submitting your return request or our team will arrange the reverse logistics for you.

  • Please capture photos and videos of the packed product before handing it over to our logistics partner. Send them to our support team via email or WhatsApp.

Damaged or Broken Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or broken item, kindly share clear images and packaging photos within 24 hours of delivery for verification and swift resolution.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  3. If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you can self-ship the product to our address.


Refund Policy – BLIND SHOP Jaipur

Once your returned product passes our quality check, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment or through NEFT based on your transaction method.

Refund Timelines:

  • NEFT Transfer: 1 to 3 working days post initiation

  • Online Payment Refund: 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank

Note: Refund initiation begins only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected at our warehouse. Delays in courier transit may affect the timeline.

In case of any discrepancies, we may request a screenshot of your bank statement to verify the refund status.
